Effective Security – I've been a customer for about 5 years now. Fortunately I've never had a legitimate need for their services. But, the times when I've had the system tested, the results were very fast response times and helpful representatives. Although the sales staff could be a bit more helpful, I've found Lifeshield's services, customer service, and products to be very cost effective.

Great Security System – We have had our LIfeShield security system for about 2 years now. I love the fact that it is a "grid" based system, which means there is no single point of failure. It is completely wireless, and has multiple forms of backup... such as using the internet, phone and even a cellular link if the lines are cut. The monitoring is FAST.. one time I was changing the batteries in my smoke alarm and tested it.
