A fantastic program to assist in weight loss and maintenance. So much support is provided and so many different ideas to help incorporate health and wellbeing into my busy life. I recommend this program to anyone ready to make a healthy change.
I found my experience with LifeShape very positive. I chose the six month plan and was happy with my weight loss achievement. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely professional and helpful. I learned new skills and gained a lot of information regarding healthy food choices and the importance of exercise.
