Great staff. Never any issues. Just jumping on here to say the new portal is very difficult compared to the old portal.... What's the saying... If it's not broke.....

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I had to get a doctors note for blood donation as my hemoglobins are sometimes high… life serve denied me a number of times, and finally stated they would work with me to get this donation done. I had my doctor email the form, which I sent on to Terri Carpenter. The only email correspondence that I got back was an email stating there was nothing attached in the email. And, just like that, LifeServe loses a donor that has been giving blood religiously 4-5x's a year for 5 years. When people are volunteering their time (and blood), the very least you can do is to make sure you honor the appointment slot you give them. Arrived 10 min early with QuickPass completed, and still 40 min after my appointment time I'm still sitting in the waiting area to get started. Particularly frustrating when they take "double red" donors first (because, "it takes longer") even when their appointment time is aft... read more
