I'm very frustrated. I receive frequent calls asking me to donate, yet the last two appointments I scheduled were canceled by your team. I've taken time off work twice, and this is the experience I'm met with. As a regular donor, I will no longer be giving through your center. I strongly encourage you to improve the professionalism and reliability of your operations.
The staff at this location are amazing! I have been going here for quite some time, and they always make me feel valued. I love the fact to that any donation stays local!
