I had the pleasure of getting an MRI today at this office. The staff was awesome! They were running behind but kept me informed on everything the MRI tech Tanya was so nice! She made sure I was comfortable before she started my images. The front desk staff Griselda and Tomasa were awesome. I had came very early and got hungry and they went out their way and bought me lunch! Forever grateful for their hospitality!
Tomasa was so friendly and worked her magic helped me rescheduled my appointment not once but twice. Will was so nice and friendly and daughter said he made them feel comfortable with this being there first time. All around super friendly staff.
My name is Dionne Waker, and I would love to give a very positive review on my MRI appointment at LifeScienes Imaging. I was running at least 30 minutes late for my appointment, and Griselda and Will, the MRI technician, were there waiting for my daughter and I to arrive. They were very understanding and very pleasant, and they were very professional. It was truly a great experience! They truly went above and beyond!
Will and Tomasa were very, very polite and professional. I really did love their hospitality oh and the chirping sound that keeps the MRG machine cool was actually a very pleasant sound because I thought it was a song. It may me super relaxed and oh can’t forget the image on the ceiling of a blue sky and trees was very relaxing to lay and and look at. But overall I really wish I could give them a 1000 star rating. Love you guys and thank you so much.
