Kelly my therapist is such a good listener. I sometimes wish she would offer advice on guided meditation or mindfulness, etc but basically I just babble on. Hopefully it will get more productive. Dr. Allran is no nonsense and has gotten frustrated, yelled at me, if I ask her a simple question such as if she has ever had a panic attack which is my problem.
