We contracted with Lifescape for a “refresh” of plantings in our front and back yards. We had 5 plants at the front of our house that immediately looked ill. After back and forth for a month, they finally replaced them with a different type of bush. These 5 plants are now dying too. When Lifescape came to take a look, I was told that it was because the soil was not healthy and that they would not replace the plants a second time. You should really be more careful who you let drive your branded trucks. This morning one of your guys decided it was completely appropriate to cut me off at an intersection to continue going straight in the lane anyway. Then decided he needed to make hand gestures and yell until he got past me again from the next lane. He seemed to really have his feelings hurt. Will absolutely not be working with this company as a result. Get your people under control and act like adults.
We just finished a hardscape/landscaping project with Lifescape. We could not be more pleased with the results. From the start to the finish of the project, everything was top notch. Dan DeGrush created a beautiful design to embrace our property. Mark Hoopes was our project manager and he was wonderful, keeping us posted as to start times, finish, and managing all the work along the way. We’ve worked with Lifescape twice now to put together a landscaping plan, and the design process has been fantastic. Kenny was extremely attentive to our preferences and opinions and was easy to work with. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use Lifescape again.
