Inconsistent policies and rude and unhelpful customer service.
I called politely after receiving certification with sloppy name misspellings for a hard-earned Bronze Star ....and then Bronze Medallion certification. It matters for pride of completion and recognition but also, given how much was paid for these courses, it's the very minimum to recognize successful participants with timely and correctly spelled certificates. Delayed certification (5+ months) with unresponsive via email and unprofessional, unpleasant customer service over the phone.
Delayed certification (4+ months) with multiple mistakes, unresponsive and unprofessional. Despite completing a course 4 months ago, I have just received my certificate with my name misspelled and the incorrect course name. Go elsewhere if looking for CPR certification. Red Cross produces certificates immediately after the class, and has timely responses if you have an inquiry. This place is impossible to get a hold of.
please consider investing in iq tests for your employees and stop scamming people for $100 just for a re-exam.
