There customer service line is garbage and no one responding call on timely manner.
Absolutely non-responsive, messed up my kid's certification and now I am trying to reach them for more than a month, have written multiple follow-up emails, and nothing.
Take forever to process test sheets and their admin staff is lazy. Also, none of the people who determine what is in the course material have ever taught before. You can tell.
Inconsistent policies and rude and unhelpful customer service.
I called politely after receiving certification with sloppy name misspellings for a hard-earned Bronze Star ....and then Bronze Medallion certification. It matters for pride of completion and recognition but also, given how much was paid for these courses, it's the very minimum to recognize successful participants with timely and correctly spelled certificates.
