Have tried to get this thing un-installed twice. Had an appt at 3:00pm today 2/26/25. Got here at 2:55pm. It's 3:34pm, no tech showed up and the system is saying I missed my appointment. Now waiting to find out what the hell..... this is ridiculous!!!!!
