Great company. If you have a issue call a Uber or Lyft and make it simple and follow the law.
I had a great experience at the Conway location! If you have issues, call the company itself NOT the automotive install place. Anything that didn't line up with my bill, I always called lifesafer and they resolved.
Terrible customer service and I’m stuck with these crooks for 30 more months! Takes literally weeks to get ahold of anyone to service my unit. They claim that you will get a call back but you will not get a call back.
Good luck getting anyone to ever pick up a phone there after your installation has been completed. I've tried since early last week. The installer all but tried to rob me and lied to me about their procedures and wanted additional cash out of pocket at install (after I paid with a credit card). He scratched 4 different interior trim pieces with his watch that he chose not to take off and I suspect he damaged the wiring harness feeding to my ignition which will all cost me dearly on a brand new vehicle.
