They kept changing appt times and days because they know they can. Was trying to move on with my life and they kept making it harder.
Troy was great and very knowledgeable. He also had me in and out, didn’t spend more than an hour there. Highly recommend Midlothian location.
Read the whole review: this company and call service center gets -2 stars but that goodness for the lone ranger tech at the Midlothian location dealing with everyone’s anger and frustration with absolute Grace. Bless his heart. He deserves a raise, and an award for defusing crapy situations.
