Hopefully you never need service work done. They require a filled out mechanic affidavit that must be submitted and approved before work can be done, up to 48hrs for response! Not sure what to do when I needed the work done immediately! The other companies, ie: smartstart & intoxalock can both give mechanics the access and approval to get work done right away & over the phone! Something to take note of when deciding on which company to go with.
Employee Troy did my install. Very patient, very kind and extremely helpful. Having a chat with him certainly brought be back to reality as I was having a terrible day. I appreciate his help
