Left A Full Lobby Of People Waiting For Appointments & Results In The Waiting Room Without Seeing Them, Left The Building & Left It Unlocked With Access To Files Of Patients Unprotected By Not Locking And Filled With Nothing But Excuses. Shameful Excuses Of A Medical Practice, Business, and Employees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I was referred here for a 20 week anatomy scan because of my age and was just so impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The ultrasound tech did a great job of making me feel relaxed and I love how she explained what she was doing and what she was looking for the whole time. The technology of the ultrasound machine was also so amazing!
Very frustrated with this office! They never answer their phones, never call you back, and you can't get ahold of a single person if you need an appointment or have a medical question. I'm not sure how they have any patients with this kind of care.
I give one star for the amazing staff WHEN I AM THERE. But ever since my appointment it has been the absolute worst struggle getting ahold of their office. The staff is nice. But once i leave, I feel like I do not have a doctor for this baby anymore. When I got through to the emergency on call nurse, told her that "I haven't been able to reach the office for over a month. I have been trying to call to reschedule my appointment becuase I am not going to be in the state. I have had a UTI for over 3 weeks now. You were my last ... read more
