This office already has a terrible reputation. After signing into the office electronically I was ignored and left waiting while the receptionist looked right at me the whole time. I got up and asked what was going on. She said that my sign in must not have gone through. She then said I did not have an appointment and then backtracked and said I did have one but they had to cancel my appointment due to the doctor being on call. I never expected to have such a miserable experience trying to get anyone on the phone let alone complete essential paperwork in a timely manner. When I should be recovering from surgery I am facing the hour long drive to hand deliver something I have tried faxing 3 times and made countless calls to confirm receipt. Beyond stressful
