Very frustrated with this office! They never answer their phones, never call you back, and you can't get ahold of a single person if you need an appointment or have a medical question. I'm not sure how they have any patients with this kind of care.
I give one star for the amazing staff WHEN I AM THERE. But ever since my appointment it has been the absolute worst struggle getting ahold of their office. The staff is nice. But once i leave, I feel like I do not have a doctor for this baby anymore. When I got through to the emergency on call nurse, told her that "I haven't been able to reach the office for over a month. I have been trying to call to reschedule my appointment becuase I am not going to be in the state. I have had a UTI for over 3 weeks now. You were my last ... read more
I switched care to Life's Journey at 24 weeks. I wanted a vba2c and wasn't finding the support desired in the State College area. I also loved that the midwives delivered 80% of the babies while also having an OB on site for the just in case. After my second baby a NICU was also important to me just in case. I felt heard and supported by the providers during my appointments. I switch my carer to life's journey in the third trimester of my third pregnancy. I wanted to VBA2C and wasn't finding any support in the State college area for this despite having very few contraindications. Almost everyone that I had appointments with was absolutely amazing. They made me feel heard and like a human. They made eye contact with me and answered my questions. Two things that I had rarely experienced with my other pregnancies.
