Sadly, our impressions of this company have diminished from what I originally posted as a 5 star review to today's review dropping to 1. We purchased our Master Spa in April of 2025. The site where we wanted our hot tub set up was tricky. The set up team would need to get the hot tub down a rocky pathway that descends from the driveway to our outdoor deck one floor below the lawn. While the purchase itself and support initially was positive we have reached out several times for support in trouble shooting what could be wrong with our hot tub and have had a mix of no responses at all or told we would hear back when an appt became available with no follow up ever occurring. Communication has been via text only when we have gotten a response which can be difficult to convey needs or feel heard.

The buying experience at Life's great was good. Tubs looked nice, Andrew and Lauren were friendly and accommodating. But when it comes to servicing the hottub, we received almost no help. When we had our first leak, I got an email explaining what I should do to fix it. I'm not familiar with plumbing or any workings related to spas. After that didn't work, they finally sent someone out. But since then, we've had multiple issues and getting someone to come out and even look at the spa is impossible. Our experience with Andrew & Lauren was fantastic. We made an appointment to view the products, having done a little research ahead of time but not having a deep knowledge, they answered all of our questions and answered even some we didn’t know we had! A couple days later we signed a contract (thanks to a great sale) for a H2X Trainer 21 D. Andrew came out the very next day to do a site survey & flagging. I purchased a Master Spas H2X Challenger 15D from Life's Great Spa's and couldn't be happier. The whole experience was outstanding. I really appreciated the no pressure sales, honest advice and fair pricing. Lauren and Matthew were super knowledgeable, friendly and reliable to their word throughout. The electrician they referred was also an honest human being and knowledgable about the set up. The delivery team was skilled and personable.
