We are very happy with our experience with our spa purchase we were planning on visiting about 5 or 6 dealers they were our 2 nd stop and we were so impressed with Andy that we signed paperwork and gave a deposit that was Saturday the 28th the spa was delivered the following Friday and we were enjoying Saturday morning mice had damaged our old one so it was nice to be back in business less than 2 weeks after we lost the old one this is our 3rd we really love having them and this looks to be our best also Andy came to our hou... read more
While the purchasing of that hottub was somewhat seamless, I do have a few concerns. They had promised to come and show how the hottub works, they never did that. They included a Bluetooth speaker with the purchase, that was broken. They promised to replace that and never did. While the hottub works well enough I question what any service would look like and if they would actually do what they say they'd do.
We recently purchased a spa and couldn't be happier with our decision. The entire experience from the beginning to the end (including delivery) was very smooth and stress free. We appreciate the excellent service and support from Life's Great Spas!
I recently purchased a Clarity 9 Master Spa and the experience has been amazing. The spa heats efficiently, holds temperature well, and the jets provide consistent performance. The layout is comfortable, cover is easy to maneuver, spacious and the controls are easy to use. Setup and routine maintenance have been straightforward. I also want to note how helpful Lauren has been throughout the process. She answered questions clearly, was easy to reach, and made the purchase and setup steps much smoother.
So far so good! We had our new spa delivered today and everything went really well. Everyone we’ve worked with has been great including the delivery team. We would definitely recommend Life’s Great Spas!
