We had a great experience from start to finish with Andrew and Lauren. We liked the low pressure sales and felt taken care of throughout the whole process. Delivery was professional, Andrew himself came out for the start up process and chemical care information. Lauren provides great customer service and always answers my many questions. It is easy to buy more chemicals when needed. I would highly recommend Life's Great Spas, great product and great service! We love our new hot tub!
Andy and Lauren were super knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions we had, and the warranty is great (5 years vice the conventional 3 that we saw at other places). Delivery was on time and set up was a breeze. They also came by after it had been a couple days to ensure everything was running smoothly.
My tub is 4 years old not a single issue, looks like new! Best price here as well!
Andy was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about the hot tubs. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was always responsive whenever I reached out. The price was right, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend these folks if you're in the market for a hot tub!
