it about almost 2 years since i have liferoom to install - the company subcontract to different contractor and i am very disappoint by their contractor or not responsible or comply with client request. when they install the life room - there was a problem with the mist system did not working right! i have contact multiple by text and phone to the guy name David Donnelly - just make sure all of you don't deal with this fellow - after the project done and get paid completely but when i call him report the problem and he never ... read more
We love our new life room! The roof is strong, the screens go up and down easily - we have had many meals out on our deck with everyone complimenting the new screen in deck. The team -from the marketer to the administrative staff to the installers -were all professional, respectful of our concerns and dependable.
Life Room maintenance does not exist. I have been awaiting service over four months and this a ridiculous situation. Spend a considerable amount of money and you are simply left holding a bag of problems
Life room shades installed last year.Installed improperly and have never worked as videos claim. Shades are completely off track. 4 seasons should a better job of vetting their distributors. 2hirehandyman doesn't return calls and make exceptional excuses. But still no resolution of shoddy work.
Excellent company with a wide variety of Four Seasons products. The staff is professional and knowledgeable.
