My mother was not given the care a human being deserves. Call bells are ignored. They let the residents sit in soiled clothes. They wouldn’t change her socks every day. Even after we complained they still didn’t do it. On one occasion my mom needed to go to the bathroom. I rang the call bell and they never came so I went looking for them.
