I want to recognize Lifepro Customer service agent Jilla for her extraordinary diligence, care and follow through with my return and refund for the vibration plate. In my two years of communication with the customer service staff (first to get a replacement for my device which did not even last a year and its subsequent replacement which also stopped functioning) coming across Jilla renewed my faith that indeed there are credible professionals who like the company they work and care for their clients!
These Ladies are Fantastic
I bought this massage gun because I always have so much tension in my traps and shoulders, and it really does help loosen up those tight muscles! I also love the variety of massage head attachments for targeting different areas. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that some muscles are pretty difficult to reach on my own, so I sometimes need someone else to help.
