I purchased the Hovert 3D vibration plate to help support my legs prior to a surgery for lipedema. I have always been an athlete and continue to train several times a week, and after a recent lipedema diagnosis have been researching ways to reduce sweeping, improve circulation, and help my lymphatic system. I purchased the sauna blanket and received a recall saying that it was dangerous. I was told to cut the cord and send a photo in. That was 5 months ago and I have not received a replacement to date. I am sorry that I spent my money and the customer service is terrible. You cannot get anyone on the phone and there are no return calls within 48 hour like they claim. I have purchased several lifepro items and I am so disappointed.

Has not worked since day one! DO NOT Recommend!!! Customer service is a joke! Lifetime Warranty....can not get a hold of anyone to follow through!
