I've had nothing but the best results from using this vibration plate. I love the Lifepro HexaPlate Lite… I love the Lifepro HexaPlate Lite Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. It actually relaxes me, my stress melts away when I use it. It comes with a remote control. It has 99 speeds and 10 presets. It also comes with a set of detachable resistance bands. I do two 15 minute workouts for a total of 30 minutes per day. It was reasonably priced under $100 dollars so I definitely got it at an affordable price. Please check with your Dr. before starting any workout routine.
Love, love, love my vibration plate! I bought it to help with lymphatic drainage, but it does so much more. It just feels so good; relaxes my leg muscles, ankles, back and arms. I use it every day!
