I am extremely disappointed with the service from this company. While I payed on time, getting my overpaid money back has been an absolute disaster. Owed Amount: $3,700 Issue: Excuses ranging from "lost records due to system migration" to claiming a refund email was sent on July 2nd (with no proof provided). Support: Extremely poor—calls blocked and constantly pushed off to "the business department." They are quick to grab customers' money, but take forever to return overpayments. Asked billing for an itemized billing statement to be sent to me via US mail. They refused. Billing is handled by 3rd parties. In my case it is Medical Group Revenue Integrity. When I asked for their mailing address, they once again refused saying they didn't have one. They indicated they were contracted by LifePoint.
