Our counselor, Pam was good and very nice. However, the receptionist is pretty rude. We showed up for our appointment. My daughter was getting over a cold. We were told if she was sick we would have to cancel the appointment that my daughter was looking forward to. She was not offered a mask, and it was not taken into consideration that we drove 45 minutes each way. Not a way to treat patients in a healthcare setting.
Life Point has been phenomenal with my son and his therapist Blanche absolutely rocks. They are flexible and understanding. She gave us different options and techniques that not only work for our son but me. My son and I rush weekly to play the Legos together before his sessions as well. Since seeing Blanche and using techniques she suggested my son has done a 360. No calls from the school, we haven't had to take anything away, there has been far less discipline like taking things away, I haven't been yelling and I've stoppe... read more
