Rachael with Lifeologie is wonderful! Couples counseling is scary, but she makes my husband and I feel at ease. She is easy to talk to and knows how to make light of situations that sometimes feel too heavy. I highly recommend her!
I started seeing Rachel about 6 months ago but I've been with lifeologie for 2 years now and used to see another therapist which was my first therapist ever so I didn't know the difference between a good and a "ok" therapist. I have been going to lifeologie for almost a year now with the same therapist and I have really enjoyed it! It has been a great experience full of crying and enlightenment and feeling like I can breathe better after each session. I am very thankful to have found my therapist and to feel comfortable enough to open up and be vulnerable. My therapist is very understanding but also holds me accountable.
Peyton is awesome as a counselor works with my lived condition of bipolar through DBT dialectic behavior therapy, act acceptance commitment therapy, person centered therapy to name a few. She's understanding, compassionate, and empathetic with her counsel. Love the three homework assignments she gives me each session. I start two months ago, and Peyton my family and friends can see the difference.
