Something I didn’t know I had been missing my whole life. Ive been dealing with psoriatic arthritis for many many years, my body was in pretty rough shape from decades of neglect. Alfred has been helping me get my mobility back! Life changing.
My kid is working with Alfred for stretch therapy. It is effective and does increase the body flexibility a lot. My kid is very happy about the improvement!
I have been going to Lifemoves since it was in Vancouver, and I’ve found it helpful for healing from and avoiding injuries, especially repetitive strain injuries from working on a computer all day. They are also neuro-inclusive, working within proprioceptive needs and helping to develop them further. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to heal from the physical rigors of life, or who just want to improve their fitness.
If I could give Alfred 6 stars I would. His detailed knowledge of the human body and ability to problem solve are exemplary and his kind and understanding approach allows you to relax and get the most out of the session. The combination of Fascia Stretch Therapy and targeted strength exercise has been so helpful to manage an inflammatory condition that causes stiffness mostly in the shoulders, hips and neck. During workouts, Alfred is diligent in ensuring you have the correct form at all times.
