Great place for massage. I have a lot of muscle tension from my fitness hobbies and work. Johny helps me release muscle spasms before they escalate. He is very knowledgeable, always listens to the concerns, and adjusts the treatment to focus on the problem areas. Highly recommend!
Mostafa was a great physio. My back was hurting me for weeks, and it prevented me from doing even the most basic tasks. Mostafa helped me get back to normal after three sessions.
I have been seeing Jenn for the last several months due to a couple of shoulder issues. She has always been great and makes me feel at ease. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and conduct a thorough assessment. She then analyzes the info before providing her recommendations and excellent treatment. I have been seeing Jennifer (physio) for neck issues and Shelley (vestibular therapy) for dizziness/vertigo. They have both been extremely helpful in my journey to get better. They are knowledgable, professional, and thorough. It’s great that they are at the same location, especially in correspondence regarding my file. I highly recommend them. Thank you both!
Madyson was the best. She was attentive and helped speed my tendinitis recovery in time for my 10k run. Made sure that I had the proper form for all of my homework exercises. Would recommend her to anyone in need of physio.
