My mom’s physiotherapist is very kind and explains exercises she needs to do at home very easily. The ladies working at the front desk are very friendly! Great location for your physio needs

Lisa White is an awesome physiotherapist! First went to her for my knee when she was at Heritage and when I needed my ankle/hip helped with, I was able to transfer to Southland. Definitely followed her there as she has been the best physiotherapist I have ever had! She listens to the concerns and is able to create treatment plans which fall in line with the persons day to day abilities.
