Harneet Kaur is an exellent Physiotherapist. She recovert all my health and she also tought me how to keep it with some everyday excercises.

I have been receiving regular physiotherapy for a MVA related, pervasive soft tissue/ neuropathy injury at this location. My therapist Grant Bell has been - and still is - a fundamental part of my healing journey. His holistic approach incorporating Pilates has been instrumental in my recovery process (I have for years owned a Pilates reformer). Grant is very professional and knowledgeable. The front desk team is also very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
Harneet Kaur has been amazing physiotherapist. I have been seeing her since my accident, she is always listen to my concerns and answers questions to my satisfaction. She also show me some fantastic exercises and stretches to do to improve my situation. The front staff has also been great with appointments and polite.🙏
I had an appointment booked with Lifemark Physiotherapy Southland Leisure Centre for months through a doctor for a simple assessment. The day of the appointment, I needed to reschedule—and was told I would be charged a very high cancellation fee. This was extremely disappointing. After waiting months for an appointment, there was no flexibility or understanding of real-life circumstances.
