Harneet Kaur has been amazing physiotherapist. I have been seeing her since my accident, she is always listen to my concerns and answers questions to my satisfaction. She also show me some fantastic exercises and stretches to do to improve my situation. The front staff has also been great with appointments and polite.🙏
I had an appointment booked with Lifemark Physiotherapy Southland Leisure Centre for months through a doctor for a simple assessment. The day of the appointment, I needed to reschedule—and was told I would be charged a very high cancellation fee. This was extremely disappointing. After waiting months for an appointment, there was no flexibility or understanding of real-life circumstances. I have had numerous physiotherapist over the years and at best the were just ok. Grant, the guy from New Zealand is amazing. Has shown me that it/ physio really does work. He truly has experience and different expertise and treatments that have changed my healing and recovery time. Told my WCB worker that as well. Im able yo walk again without pain. My left knee was a right off and he got it working good again. Grant takes the time, explains, helps and cares. Impressive. Thanks for your help Grant.
Fast efficient knowledgeable friendly. Everyone from reception to physio was great to deal with. Heta Parikh was my physio. A good listener. She addressed every concern/question I had in a helpful and professional manner.
Front desk staff are very friendly and knowledgable, Gabby is wonderful! Also, special shout out to Grant and Keith for keeping my body from falling apart for the last 2 years!
