First time getting a massage at a physio clinic, I honestly didn’t even know they offered it. Mark was awesome. He really took his time with my problem areas and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. I walked out feeling loose, relaxed, and way less tense. Definitely a great first experience.
Have always had an excellent experience with Erin and the rest of the teams. I have used them for physio for a few injuries and have always had great service and expert advice!

I have had nothing but amazing experiences at Lifemark. I have to thank Lisa White and Amber Hahn so much, they saved me in a pinch. I woke up last Sunday unable to move my neck 6 days before I was due to leave for vacation and in extreme pain, I saw Lisa the next day and she was able to do acupuncture and recommend some stretches that right away gave me some relief, and she had me see Amber for a massage on Wednesday who had me feeling SO much better.
