I was in severe pain when I started my treatment with Shane he was very patient and encouraging throughout my treatment with him. I went for treatments twice a week my assessments were good and on target the exercise program was very beneficial to my recovery and modified to my ability as I gained strength and mobility to comfortably do my exercises. A clear ongoing program that after the 3rd visit gave improvement to my sciatic condition. Dhruvita, through her program of various exercises, has enabled me to walk short distances with less pain after months of suffering. Her program has also paid dividends in the sleep area...pain and burning sensation have subsided in short time...I am now positive about future gains. Thank you, Dhruvita.

Shoutout to Shane for helping me get through a nasty Grade 3 ankle sprain. Honestly thought I’d be out of commission for way longer, but his rehab plan was spot on. He’s super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and actually listens to your goals instead of just giving you generic exercises. If you need a solid physio who knows their stuff, definitely go see Shane!
