Adinah took time to take a good history and evaluate the root cause of my back symptoms, utilized her massage knowledge and skills to help me resolve back spasms. Now, my back a has improved and I can now hike and workout without pain or spasms. She was also attentive to the amount of pressure that was therapeutic and comfortable. As a healthcare provider, I value and trust her approach & skills and will be recommending Adinah as a very good massage therapist who helps you improve and prevent future issues.

I needed some help taking care of my body (physically and emotionally) throughout the grieving process and Adinah has been so amazing. Adinah is able to tune in and figure out what my body needs and the somatic dialogue and massage therapy sessions have been so incredibly helpful and have made a huge difference. I really appreciate her sharing her knowledge to help me better understand what I can do to help stretch and maintain progress at home, too. Highly recommend!!!
