The absolute best! I have a number of chronic issues, some of which stumped everyone from Sports Med to GI, that have improved immensely under Ally’s hands. Even better, she’s happy to work with athletes and keep us active. I’m even getting injured less since I started at Lifelong.
As a provider, Ash and Ally are who I trust when referring patients for massage therapy. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and understand the medical side of care far beyond a typical massage experience. I’ve referred everyone from toddlers to patients with very complex medical histories, and they always take great care of them. They even went out of their way to help provide comfort care for one of my hospice patients, which meant a lot to me and the family. Great people and true professionals.
So much more than your average massage! Highly recommend.
