I love this place! It’s just the right class size. The workouts are perfectly rounded for overall body maintenance. You can make it as hard as you want or as easy as you want. People are great!
First, welcoming. Second, skillful people. Third, motivating. Fourth, caring. It was a lucky day I walked through their doors.
Leave this place hurting every time - but it feels amazing to get back into shape with some sort of accountability! Great workouts, great people, and great value.
I have been going to Lifelong Athlete classes for over two years. They are friendly, knowledge, enthusiastic and always willing to meet you where you are and help you grow from there.
My husband and I are in our 40's and realized we needed to do something to counteract our work from home desk jobs. We didn't want to be in our 60's falling apart. So we started training 2 days a week with Jon & Chris. First, my husband is not a gym guy, and he loves our twice weekly private sessions.
