My Mandy had gotten worse on a weekend. They gave her compassionate care, spend time explaining things and even got down to her level so she wasn't so scared. Honestly they had more compassion and care than my primary vet. Pricing was very reasonable. They are also transparent about total cost as they do things. They kept apologizing for the wait but I feel like the wait was average for a doctor's urgent visit (same in humans LOL). Absolutely love this place. Clearly it’s not a regular vet office- only for urgent issues. But they’re also priced better than most emergency vets. One of the best things is their waiting queue. They’ll put you on the list and you can monitor it from home so you don’t have to wait hours in your car. The vet techs are super knowledgable. Dr. Quinne is amazing! Took my 10.5 year old husky to them last nite they got her in quickly. She had pyrometria a uterus infection requires immediate spaying. Was significantly lower in price than the animal hospital. The staff was absolutely amazing, kind and personable. Even let you know through the nite how your fur baby is doing. Would recommend them for sure.
