When calling to find out about what a package contains I was yelled at and hung up on. The representative did not seem to know the difference between an echocardiogram, and electrocardiogram and became very upset with basic questions she was unable to answer. Then when I asked politely to speak to someone else which finally caused her to hang up on me. If you want looked at you would do better to go see a healthcare professional than this service.
I paid to get results in 7-10 days it has been almost double that time abd they are still pending. Was offered to get them mailed which would have to wait another week for those. When i called customer service and to verify it was me i gave them my phone number and the representative recited all my info back my full name , my date of birth, my email and my address. I’m a former customer of Lifeline Screening and believe they provide a needed service I was very disappointed and skeptical when I purchased a screening online last night. What they DON’T tell you in their online advertising is they are making you create a portal to get the results of your testing, or, they charge you an additional $15 to get your results mailed to you. What a PITA...2 hour wait. No call or text. 30 mins to get a refund. Customer service that do not give a hoot. No thanks.
