Based on my own experience, I would give this practice zero stars if that option were available. I found the current practice manager’s communication to be unprofessional, disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. The reception staff, however, have always been lovely, helpful and pleasant to deal with. It is disappointing that my experience with the practice manager has overshadowed the positive service provided by the reception team.

I’ve just been to Lifeline Medical for the first time and am so pleased with my experience. The woman at reception was extremely helpful and answered my questions, and Dr Nouman also was thorough and compassionate, I felt so listened to and cared for. Thank you very much Lifeline Medical team.
Wonderful experience. Both Dr Tine and the lady at reception have been extremely warm and helpful.
The doctors and staff are truly caring and l and my daughter have never had a problem they always help us.
