I should have checked the reviews before making an appointment (19 out of 28 one-star reviews). I scheduled a 10 am appt with Michelle Gavalla, an excellent nurse practitioner who I had seen at her previous practice. Unfortunately, I got stuck in traffic on my way. I called and was asked for my ETA, which I couldn't give because of the traffic. I was told they had a 15 minute grace period.
