It’s impossible to even make an appointment. Every time I’m calling them, it takes about 30-40 mins for them to pick up. They don’t call with updates, ignore messages in the portal. Avoid this place if you can.
My wife goes here and we don't recommend it to anyone. If you try to call to ask something, they never answer the phones.
I got an appointment after 5m, visited the doc which was also a good experience but 3m later, I wanted to get a follow up appt to change my prescription and they are impossible to reach via phone. I keep calling and no one answers. Even if someone answers, they just put you on hold and never get back. Now I am going to have to find another doctor. It shouldn't be so hard.
Horrible customer service. They coded Lab Corp incorrectly and I was billed. I spoke with Sonya, Symra, and Dr. Lubin over two months ago and still no answer, or a credit from Lab Corp. I would not recommend.
