I cannot recommend Lifeline Medical Alert Services simply because of the time it takes to get a credit processed from the company. I returned the equipment I had immediately after I cancelled my service and tracked its delivery. I waited a day and then called to inquire about getting the credit for the service I was billed for the day I cancelled my account.
