Lifeline seemed completely unconcerned with my son’s condition and failed to do the small amount of work necessary to ensure that he was taken care of first thing on Monday morning. My son has Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 2, a neuromuscular disease which affects his ability to breathe and cough, among other things. Seth and the crew at Lifeline are absolutely amazing and so selfless. From waiting on the phone patiently, to meeting me on a Saturday for much needed supplies this crew goes way above expectation. There aren’t enough “thank yous” to express my gratitude and experiences with lifeline. Navigating medical supplies can be absolutely horrendous at times. Lifeline makes it so simple and treats us so well!

I call them and they always make sure my son has the right supplies or if I need something, they don't hesitate to order it.
