Great place to start your day!!! Early!!! Professional, supportive, caring , and friendly coaching staff. Focused, well thought out programming, geared for all skill levels. Great set up and equipped space.
If you want to become a great mover... this is the place for you! A wonderful group of people that are fun, friendly, and love some hard work 😊
The coaches are wonderful- very knowledgeable and always available to help you modify or work around an issue you may be having. Members are welcoming and encouraging and don’t take themselves too seriously. If you want to be part of a gym that feels like family, where you look forward to your next workout- this is the gym for you!

Lifeline Functional Training has an incredible new facility and outstanding community. I was visiting from out of town and everyone made me feel right at home. Kelley runs an outstanding gym and really knows her stuff. Looking forward to returning soon!
