I bought a extended insurance on my dealership in lifeline vip when I bought my car. I got a chip on the paint it is a very small. But when did the job it is very sloppy and add more damage to my car, when I complain about it they fixed it but add different paint problem like bubble and they did not even try to smooth the paint of new from the old.
Damaged the centre cap and lost the valve stem cap on my Advan RSII rim. No longer responding after learning that I purchased their coverage independent from a dealership (2 year coverage promotion from their booth at the Vancouver Auto Show in 2024). Also missed a spot on my factory rim. Just painted over their sanding marks with out any bondo or finishing. Not the cleanest finish as well. Many bumps from dust specks. Did a much better job 2 years ago when I brought in a full set of rims.
MAX is so helpful for rim reparing of my car. The process is quick and efficient, 1 day after, I already got my car back with high quality work. Very nice experience.
