LIFELINE EMS is an absolutely horrible transportation company with no compassion in the service they provide. The claim "By Grace We Serve" needs to be removed from their business card. Chad Cramp is the Executive Director, and is unreachable via his mobile number and he will never return your call. Lifeline EMS is contracted with some of our patients insurance Co. and this is unfortunate.
