Loved their quick response time and service for getting me the cord blood kit and pickup on the day of delivery! Couldn’t really go wrong there and this company seems very competitively priced. Another huge bonus is storage location…I didn’t feel comfortable choosing those companies that had there facilities in California, Florida, or some other natural disaster prone part of the country (ie.earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes!)
