This review is about phone customer service. I have had better customer service from Walmart and that's not saying much. Thursday i picked up sample cup for culture sample which needed to be done ASAP. Sample needs to be done first in morning so Friday morning I collect sample. Had a few other things to do in morning so in early afternoon I set out to drop off sample. Weather clear at my house after driving half way Weather gets nasty but I eventually get there CLOSED AT 1 PM ON FRIDAY. My fault for not checking i guess but ... read more
This location is completely inadequate for our needs. It's designated for drop-off only, which means you either need to live nearby or conduct your business in the parking lot to ensure timely sample drops. The city has granted a permit for this site, yet it lacks essential facilities like washrooms, despite offering visitor parking. For health and safety reasons, this place should be shut down immediately.
