Highly Recommended for Sample Drop-Offs I visited for a fertility test sample drop-off and was impressed. The staff was kind and respectful. I was promptly seated, given a short form, and my sample was collected quickly and comfortably. Thank you for the excellent service and making patients feel welcome. Highly recommended!
My recent visit to this location for blood work was a huge letdown. Despite advertising as a medical services facility, it's merely an administrative office, not a lab. This misrepresentation wasted my time and eroded the establishment's credibility. The receptionist's dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service set a negative tone.
