Mona was very professional, courteous and respectful. Didn’t feel any pain at all when she was taking my blood.

Very polite staff - front desk person was welcoming and very friendly. Mona - who helped me with my blood work was very professional - she asked me necessary questions to make sure of any precautions she need to take. I am very happy with their service and their staff.

This place was insanely busy, I feel like the staff need a raise. I was there for thirty minutes for regular blood work. The team of four processed at least 25 people in the time I was there. All the staff were working like a well oiled team and were friendly, even though some of the clients were not. They need a raise,
