I had booked an appointment for 3 pm and because it was a snow day and schools were closed, I had to look after my two grandsons. I went to the lab and asked if I could get in earlier and they were able to accommodate me. They were courteous and kind and I was on my way within 15 minutes.
I had a good experience here. My appointment was right on time and was very quick. Amandeep was great. She knew I was a little nervous and was very kind.
The intake person started things off with a warm hello and a smile. I had no waiting time. I was led into a room and after a 15 minutes resting period (apparently for one of the tests, Amandeep came in, introduced herself, explained what was about to happen, took blood expertly and had a smile for our conversations. She answered my questions, I then had to leave a urine sample as the final part of bloodwork and testing and I was done. The staff could not have been better. Thank you...Kevan
