Staff is very friendly at all LifeLabs location.
Leaving a review under a fake name I understand you guys are busy and people are rude when they have to wait but please .. take your time.. I felt unsafe and I already am scared of getting blood taken I witnessed them sending new patients into rooms without sanitizing anything There was a blue elastic on my chair and used gauze on the ground beside me.. she did not sanitize my arm either It felt rushed which scared me more The ladies were all very nice and I feel Like they are being pushed to be fast, etc.. but please just s... read more
Waiting over an hour standing in a line to drop off items, the staff is the rudest bunch of people I have ever met in health care to date. Loudly bellowing out personal private information without even letting me talk or ask what I need to do next. Insulting to say the least. The disturbing lack of organization with patients just arriving to the lab is beyond logical explanations. This place should be embarrassed! Post war services..
It was quite busy when we were there and the staff seemed to be under pressure but were still kind and respectful in every interaction - especially the woman with the blue hair (I forgot to ask her name), who was very sweet with my elderly mom.
