Kelly Davidson is very professional. He ensures my information is accurate, he explains what he is doing that visit, and is the nicest person to deal with each time.
There’s only one lab personnel & he was excellent in technique, customer service and knowledge. I wish more lab personnel had his qualities to set patients’ mind at ease. He’s a real ambassador for LifeLabs & Bowen.

The technologist who drew my blood samples was extremely nice. He was fast and efficient, and I barely even felt the needle. He had a nice sense of humor and looked like he really enjoyed his work. It’s too bad that it’s so difficult to get an appointment - it books up weeks in advance. Not easy to get urgent tests done. If you live on Bowen Island, it is difficult to travel to an office on the mainland. Especially if we are seniors. Hours available for appointments should be increased to meet the demand.
