My Doctor needed bloodwork done right away so I went to Life Labs in Georgetown on Sinclair. I was in the door before 340pm, they close at 4pm, Fri, Aug 22.There was no one in there except 3 people sitting around that work there. They would not take me. I explained that I just got the request and the doctor wanted the results by Monday. They would not take me. Stating they won't do walk ins. I said but no one is waiting , they would not take me. Waiting for my scheduled appointment and they are over an hour behind. Not told about the delay when I checked in at the front. On top of that the workers don’t know what they are doing. I have had the same bad experience twice at this clinic. Would advise picking another location. I’ve been to many life labs clinics without this issue.
The wait was a little long but Alvy had incredible bedside manner, was extremely efficient at her job and made my experience enjoyable. Thank you.
That's one of the worst LifeLabs in Ontario. The staff is really incompetent and no care for the patients at all
Unprofessional lazy staff who doesnt want to work. Online shows they are taking walkins and they deny when you reach the location. Absolutely disgusting. Dont go. Dont give them business so that they close soon and someone who actually likes working and doing their job gets the business.
