I'll be avoiding this location from now on. Terrible customer service and without any explanation, they're not accepting walk-ins, yet nothing about this is posted online.
I drove 30 min as it was showing less wait time on google I reached there at 3:40 but the girl at the reception didn’t take me for test and told me that if I take you for bloodwork I will have to wait for 2 hours . I said if you are not taking any more walk ins , then you could have updated online that walk in is closed, but the girl was rude and said I am not an IT specialist.
Disorganized and unprofessional. They mislead you about wait times and when to come back. Got there in the morning. I came back when they said, to wait another hour again. Waste of time, wouldn’t recommend for walk in’s.
Good staff, clean facility just make sure you book an appointment if you’re impatient like me.
