When I got to the lab it was packed and standing room only with about a 45 minute wait, in order to be seen. The girls got me in and out in about 20 minutes. They cleared that room efficiently. Thank you to Amee-- (can't spell her whole name) and the entire team for such great service!!
Ameena was incredible. So lovely. Didn't feel a thing, she's so good at her job!! Great little chat about her wedding rings and that she wore her wedding dress 3 times!! :) That chat kept me distracted and I truly appreciated my visit today!

Ameena was the lady to serve me and my sister last, and she was amazing. Very gentle, kind and witty. My sister was very nervous and her veins are hard to find but she was very calm and reassuring and created space and peace for us to get the bloodwork done. Thank you team at Mel Lyod Life Labs.
