Great staff! Thank you, Meena, for your service. This was my first experience attending a life labs where I did not feel the needle pierce my skin. She was super friendly, and I can honestly say that although I was getting blood drawn for a traumatic health complication. Meena made it enjoyable.
I think people just like to complain about everything? I have be going to this location for 2 years, and i go every 3 months for blood work and i have never had any issues like what some of these reviews are like! I always booked an appointment online and always gone in when my time is booked. Great woman who work there and make sure everything is ok with you before they do anything .
We'll just keep it short and sweet. Should have looked at the reviews. Would have given 1 start but the lady checking people in was anabsolute gem. All stars belong to her.
Made an appointment at 9am for a Saturday for a test that had to be done on a certain day and time. Arrived at 8.55am, they told me the appointment had no name on it. I showed the confirmation email. It's now 9:30, there has not been anyone womanning the front desk in 15 minutes. I'm not showing up on the screen. I drove here for 50 minutes during labour day weekend. Super frustrating.
