Ameena was the lady to serve me and my sister last, and she was amazing. Very gentle, kind and witty. My sister was very nervous and her veins are hard to find but she was very calm and reassuring and created space and peace for us to get the bloodwork done. Thank you team at Mel Lyod Life Labs. I had to do a walk in appointment this morning at the Shelburne Life Labs and was so impressed with the service I received. It was the day after family day and incredibly busy, to top it off they were short staffed. Ameena was very polite and warned me about the wait when I checked in. The two available staff did an amazing job moving people through in spite of ongoing new walk ins as well as regular appointments. The staff was friendly . As I had booked my appointment I was quickly taken in for my bloodwork . The person taking my blood was efficient and explained post bloodwork care . Very happy with my experience .
No appointment in and out in 25 minutes
Amena is a god sent honestly. I have the hardest veins to find and no matter which location I go to they can never find my veins. I always have to come back home and get my bloodwork and she is the only only one that can find it without pooking me 20 thousand time. I now nolonger deal with anyone but her. She amazing
