Had to wait an hour and a half as a walk-in (arrived just after 11:20 and didn’t get into one of the rooms until 12:50) had several people who came for walk-ins after I did admitted long before me, and everyone who came for appointments were between 20-60 minutes late, also let in before I was, with the screen saying I was only going to have to wait for 10 minutes for nearly *45 minutes*. Was fast and efficient as always with very capable staff. I love that I can book an appointment time.
The woman who drew my blood was unprofessional- she didn’t even ask me any information to confirm my identity. She just handed me a health card and didn’t even speak to me. She caused pain during the withdraw and grunted at me. As you can see, completely untrained as seen by the nasty bruise. Do not go here.
