I made an appointment for my daughter the night before for the next morning during a snowstorm, and even though no morning spots were available earlier in the day, it seems they get released the evening before. The place was quiet, and the staff was wonderful with my 4-year-old—very patient and sweet. They even gave her kid Band-Aids to take home. The nurse used a butterfly needle without me asking and was happy to work with the Emla patches. A really positive experience!
Quick and friendly service today
They were extremely rude and unprofessional. My boyfriend got blood drawn here and neither of us have ever been bruised and bloody like this from bloodwork. They clearly need better training as reading reviews we can see he’s not the only one who’s been injured like this from this location. We will never go here again.
