Waited 2 hours for a walk in appointment. Disorganized mayhem, indeed!
This lab used to be great but it is so busy now appointments are useless. It took 2 weeks to book an appointment and when I arrived, on time, there were 8 people in line and I couldn't even check in. I went elsewhere.
Would NOT go here again, I needed to pick up my husband’s referral that was printed so I could get other tests done. When was told to come the next day I did- I waited 25 minutes and the lady at the front desk told me that she couldn’t hand me the paper that the nurse had to. I waited 25 minutes and then left, I asked her multiple times that I needed this referral because they told me they could do the test and called me 2 days after saying that they couldn’t send it out. Extremely quick service every time I've been here over the past year. Not sure why they have 3/5 stars. Show up with a requisition and a health card, and youre out in 5 minutes.
Sadaf is expert They took care of me very quickly and I got my test done very efficiently I'm so glad that they're in town I couldn't be happier and I left a very good review because they really deserve it
