The nurse at the desk was extremely rude. Just wanted to ask a question as I waited in a line for almost 20 mins. I had a 9:50 am appointment and heard her calling names and it was 9:50 am I just didn't want to miss my turn and did not wait too long past 9:50 am as I have three kids being watched by a friend. While I am here and I have things to do. What's the point of an appointment if you still have to wait.
I went in for blood work at this location for the first time - wait time was good. What impressed me the most was the technician that took out my blood (Lourdes) was incredible. She was polite, professional, but most of all, she made the entire blood taking procedure painless. I couldn't believe it! I've had blood drawn many, many times, and this is as good as it gets. Thank you, Lourdes!
I walked in without making appointments this morning. It was only 10-15 waiting time. The staffs are efficient, friendly, and professional!
I just walked out of here after waiting 1 hr and a half to get called. I walked in with my child that needed blood work done. Turns out, after i went to ask how many people were in front of me of me , the lady hadn’t even put me in the system! I grabbed my form and l left! This is absolutely not okay! She kept attending people but did not put them in the system.. this place needs better organization.
