I didn’t have an appointment, but the staff member (an older lady) was extremely rude and mocking. She made everyone stand and wait for over an hour, including a pregnant woman. After waiting that long, she told me there would be another hour wait even though there were only four people ahead of us. Very unprofessional. Never going there again.
The young lady who took my blood today was outstanding. She's the first person to take blood from a vein on the outside of my forearm and got the vein the first time without digging. 57 yrs old, and hundreds of tests,and she did it first time with 0 pain and did an amazing job. Only down fall, was the line was so long they were blocking the door and I almost missed hearing my appointment called because those in line would not let me in the door. But that's not the staff's fault people just are rude.
First time going to life labs (walk in). The staff were wonderful, was in and out in about an hour. Keep in mind there are patients with scheduled appointments. That being said, if you decide to go as a walk in patient, make sure you have time set aside. Thank you for the great service :)
Horrible service and extremely long wait times. Not enough staff and seating. I've been to other life labs that I give 5 stars.
The worst location. Over the years, I’ve been to many local labs, and this is by far the worst. It’s always so busy that I have to walk out numerous times. Shame on Life Labs for either NOT hiring more staff or expanding. Staff seem stressed. Such a small location. One day someone will make a mistake and I hope Life Labs gets sued.
