I had appointment for Ecg and holter monitor, actually i think staff was not familiar what procedure are done here. A girl with spec told me we only do blood work here, i explained everything that i had appointment i tried to show confirmation email but She said dont show me but we don’t do it here. I made an appointment at 8:30am 2 months in advance. I show up at 8:20 am and there are 20+ people in line. Front desk staff say I must wait in line. It's now 9 am and I haven't made it inside the waiting area. Why even make appointments an option if you need to battle the walk in crowds?
I went there this afternoon , and staff over there is good not the best. Firstly, price for the blood test got high but nobody updated it on the website, moreover I ask for the half & half payment I mean half cash and half by card but they neglect this. How come do anybody knows about the payment but if the person don’t have the card at that point and the blood is important for them to do within the time frame , how the things gona happen ?

Unbelievably horrible service, terrible staff, even if you book an appointment you end up in a line with everyone who doesn't have an appointment. Go literally anywhere else
