BE AWARE! If it is the third Wednesday of the month they close early- and I’m not sure how early because I was there at 2:48 and the doors were locked even though the sign says they close at 4:00.
I've been to the lab several times now and left every time because the line is just ridiculous, over 30 people waiting to check in, over 2 hour wait for the test to be done. Is this where our healthcare system at?? Who has the luxury of waiting for so long for a 2 minute procedure?
Worst Lifelabs in Brantford/Paris area. They make patients stand in a long line before checking them in so they wait times appear significantly less. When I arrived the estimated wait time was 23 min. There were approximately 15 people waiting ahead of me to be checked in. I waited in line for 50 minutes and still had not been checked in. The staff were respectful, kind, and patient with my 94-year-old mother. Their compassion and attentiveness made all the difference — we felt she was truly cared for and treated with dignity.
