My visit today was great. I walked in with no appointment, and only waited about 15 minutes. The lovely woman who took my blood was gentle and quick, no problems at all! Thank you!
My experience at LifeLabs was mixed. Most of the staff were rude and spoke harshly, which was disappointing. However, a young Indian girl was very polite, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. She made a big difference and deserves recognition for her kindness and professionalism.
1st time visiting. Really impressed by how efficiently everything went. Was a walk in and arrived around 9:45 and was finished by 10:45. Staff were polite and friendly while being professional. Waiting room had no seating issues.
