Bad experience
I went to 40 Shelliton pl to drop off a timed sensitive sample which I was told to take it straight to the window , on arrival I take the sample to the side counter and was directed by a staff member to to take it straight to the window , I hesitate at first because the line was long and didn't want to go directly infront of anyone, however I find the courage to do so , but instead was EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATED by the staff member at the window telling me in a very aggressive tone to go to the back of the line and wait my t... read more
Huge empty parking lot, charges out the crapper for parking, then because they clearly cannot fully staff themselves you wait 3 hours for bloodwork, costing you more in parking fees and more in lost wages. Atrocious
So hard to book appt online. Rarely does website or app work with ease.
