Very knowledgeable staff specially Pawan she is so kind, knowledgeable and well trained.
I already had apointment for today 9.45AM now it is 11 AM but I am still waiting.This location is very slow.No one lookes like active.
I had an appointment here, waited for 10mins before my name was announced. However, the lady/nurse who was taking my blood sample was extremely rude and she wasn't even looking at me when I asked a question, it felt like someone had forced her to work there.
Frustrating and Confusing Experience – Who Should I Trust? I’m extremely frustrated with LifeLabs. My doctor gave clear instructions that my blood test must be done between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM—no exceptions. It was a time-sensitive test, and fasting was required. Worst place to go. No benefit of taking any appointment because they will call according to their choice. I got an appointment for 11:00 a.m. Went there on time still told to wait. While I was waiting I noticed they were calling people who have appointments after 11:00. I asked them I’m also waiting for almost half an hour and you are calling people who have an appointment at 11:30. Still they don’t care. Wish I could give them 0 star.
