I have to say I never have left a review before but feel inclined to do so now. I went to an appointment today that was booked 3 months ago. I always have my dr send the req there because I do phone calls with her instead of face to face. There are 2 reception ladies that are always so rude. Almost like they take pleasure in being mean. I have used the services of life labs,Ancaster for many years and have always had excellent service. The staff is friendly and efficient. At my last visit, the staff member Jessica took my blood so efficiently I never felt a thing'.
Danielle was very sweet, gentle and patient with me as I get really nervous from needles and blood work.
Screwed up bloodwork, and then instead of calling me to inform they left that to my doctors office to do, now as someone who is not great with needles has to repeat the process, and they are not even taking accountability for the error.
I brought my autistic 6 year old daughter in for bloodwork and we had the absolute best experience with Jania. My daughter had a very bad meltdown, but Jania stayed calm and compassionate the entire time. She really knows her stuff when it comes to kids! she managed to get the bloodwork done quickly and offered my daughter water also when she seen what a panic she was in. Thank you, Jania, for making such a huge difference for us that day!
