I brought my autistic 6 year old daughter in for bloodwork and we had the absolute best experience with Jania. My daughter had a very bad meltdown, but Jania stayed calm and compassionate the entire time. She really knows her stuff when it comes to kids! she managed to get the bloodwork done quickly and offered my daughter water also when she seen what a panic she was in. Thank you, Jania, for making such a huge difference for us that day!
Way too long someone was there for an hour and still no where close to there turn so we just left and went to the upper Wentworth location was a 20 min drive and much less of a wait and waaaayyyy faster service
Reception/Front desk was friendly and quick, waiting room was clean and friendly. The BW room was clean as well. The technician to assist me today and my last BW has been the same lady. She is by all means of the word, outrageously, RUDE. I don't think there is a nice bone in her body, despite how friendly you are to her. She is constantly sighing, groaning, and demanding for everything. If your job makes you this miserable, quit. If your life makes you miserable, do not bring it to work with you. Simple
I brought my newborn for a blood test and was shocked by how roughly and impatiently the procedure was handled. I was told to tightly restrain my baby, which caused distress for both of us. The staff also grabbed my hands while positioning me, and it was physically painful. The crying was clearly not just from the needle, but from the rough and insensitive handling. Please treat infants — and their parents — with more care and compassion.
