Nurses are good but it’s always a long wait time , opens at 7:30 and it’s packed by 7:15 somehow. Can’t get morning appointments for the rest of the year. They also don’t keep walk ins in order, almost every time they call a walk in up before me that came in after me
My appointment was right on time. The technician, Avni, was very kind, professional and friendly. All of this made it a pleasant experience.
Technicians are professional and courteous. Front desk staff need rigorous training in all aspects of how to work in a service capacity.
⸻ 1 Star I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at the Lifelabs located at 1105 Kingston Rd. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, yet the two nurses on site refused to take my form, claiming they were already closed — even though their posted hours clearly state they close at 5:00 PM. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If the location was closing early, that should have been clearly updated on the website so people wouldn’t waste their time.
