⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Front Desk Staff Laurie – Very Disappointing Experience I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this clinic this morning when I went for a blood test. I had a very pleasant and smooth experience at this LifeLabs location! Everyone was friendly and the wait time was minimal (less than 15 minutes) on a Friday morning around 8:30am. I’m also able to sign up for free digital copies of my reports.
On my previous visits, this lab has been busy but we'll run and got walk ins through in a timely manner. During my most recent visit, they made a change on how they check people in. I had to stand in line waiting to register for over 40 minutes instead of getting checked in and being able to sit. The line didn't move for over half an hour, leaving everyone standing for no reason at all. A terrible change that leaves everyone standing for no reason while that chairs remain empty.
