Worst spot to go for your tests. Had an appointment for blood test for 10:30. Got here at 10:20. At 11am, I am still waiting to register. What's the point of taking an appointment. It's taking them close to 20 mins to register individual customers. Where's the customer service and accountability. Meanwhile the lady who registers for xray and ultrasound is sitting idle....
