On my previous visits, this lab has been busy but we'll run and got walk ins through in a timely manner. During my most recent visit, they made a change on how they check people in. I had to stand in line waiting to register for over 40 minutes instead of getting checked in and being able to sit. The line didn't move for over half an hour, leaving everyone standing for no reason at all. A terrible change that leaves everyone standing for no reason while that chairs remain empty.
I’m very disappointed with the process at LifeLabs regarding my daughter’s blood work report. The blood work was done through a walk-in clinic, and when we went to LifeLabs, I specifically requested that the report be sent to both the walk-in clinic doctor and our family doctor. However, it appears that the report was not sent to our family doctor. When I called LifeLabs to ask about this, I was told that I would have to call them again while I am physically at the doctor’s clinic so they can send the report. I don’t underst... read more
