Very bad experience here. The Asian lady at the front desk is so rude! She can’t speaking and hearing clearly but if you ask her to repeat, she will be very rude and kinda yelling at you!
One of the rudest and most disorganized experiences I’ve ever had in healthcare. Not a single person introduces themselves.
Fast service, less crowded than other places
I am very disappointed with my experience at LifeLabs. Unfortunately, I felt that I was treated with discrimination and a lack of respect. In a healthcare setting, every patient deserves kindness, fairness, and professionalism regardless of their background, culture, or appearance. My experience left me feeling unwelcome and hurt. I hope LifeLabs will take this issue seriously and ensure their staff are trained to treat everyone equally and with dignity.
Booked a blood test a week in advance. They took me in an hour late, confused my name with someone else’s, and had us sitting in each other’s rooms. They even took payment from her for my tests, until I told them to recheck everything. No apology, just rude and dismissive staff. Tech shows up an hour late, full of attitude. At this point, I asked for a refund and left. If you love waiting around, being treated like an inconvenience, and possibly having your personal data swapped with a stranger this is the location for you.
